Before You Reach Out
The full journey — from the first phone call to long after the last screw is in — plus straight answers on timelines, construction phases, and site cleanup for pools, lanais, and everything else we build.
The Journey

Step 01
It starts with a call or a consultation request. No pressure, no scripts — we want to hear about your backyard, your family, and the dream you've been picturing. Relationships come first.

Step 02
We walk your property together, talk through goals and expectations, and turn your ideas into a clear, itemized estimate. You'll know exactly what's included before you commit to anything.

Step 03
Once you approve, the design phase begins — engineering, architectural plans, and blueprints that show your project down to the last detail before a single shovel hits the ground.

Step 04
We handle the paperwork. HOA submittals, county permits, engineering sign-offs — submitted, tracked, and approved so your project is fully above board from day one.

Step 05
Before we start, we meet on site to confirm access points, staging areas, what gets protected, daily timing, and who to call with questions. No surprises once the crew arrives.

Step 06
Materials are delivered and staged where we agreed. The crew mobilizes, the site is set up safely, and the build window you were promised is the build window you get.

Step 07
Every project moves through defined phases, and you'll get progress updates as each one completes. We keep the site as tidy as a construction site can be — and we keep you informed the whole way.

Step 08
As the build wraps, we do a full site cleanup — debris hauled, yard restored, everything broom-clean. Then we walk the project together and build your punch list of any last touch-ups.

Step 09
We don't just hand you the keys and leave. We walk you through every product and how it operates — equipment, controls, care and maintenance — and answer anything before you sign off.

Step 10
After acceptance, we stay in touch — checking in, hearing about your experience, and handling anything that comes up. Then you call us for your next project, and refer us to your friends, family, and neighbors. That's the goal: a team for life.
