You get a clear, itemized quote with a price breakdown so there are no surprises. Once you approve and we collect the deposit, we lock in your spot on the schedule.
Step 03
We order materials and line up the crew. Permits, engineering, and inspections get handled here too. We keep you in the loop on timing as lead times come in.
Step 04
This is where it comes to life. Our team builds to the agreed scope, keeps the site as tidy as we can, and checks in regularly. You're welcome to keep a running punch list as we go.
Step 05
We coordinate final inspections and walk the project with you against your punch list. Final payment is due before final inspections — and then you get to enjoy your new space.
