How long does a typical pool or porch project take?

Every project is different. A screened porch or lanai repair can take a couple of weeks, while a custom pool and patio might run several weeks. After we see your space and scope, we'll give you a realistic timeline estimate.

What's the payment process?

For projects under $50,000, we collect a 50% deposit before scheduling or ordering materials. For larger projects, we break payments into milestone draws. Final payment is due before final inspections and punch list completion.

It starts with a consultation to understand your vision, then a detailed quote. Once you approve and we collect the deposit, we order materials and schedule the work. We stay in communication throughout, handle permits and inspections, and walk through a final punch list with you before wrapping up.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We coordinate permits, inspections, and engineering as needed. If inspectors require changes beyond the original scope, we'll explain it and those added costs get folded into the project transparently.

What if there's storm damage during construction?

Damage from Acts of God like hurricanes, hail, flooding, or extreme wind is the owner's responsibility. We do rebuild storm-damaged lanais and screens — that's a big part of what we do.
